meet meg.

A qualified Yoga Teacher, Breathwork Facilitator, Meditation Teacher and Counsellor (Bsc. Counselling) has an ability to listen to and understand that each and every single one of us is living a life filled with our own chaos. 

Megs passion is to help others to own their story.

With extensive experience in dealing with individuals and their daily challenges, through her teaching, she hopes to continue to empower others to connect to the core of who they really are and to use the power of the breath to regain this sense of self . 

Meg has a strong daily personal practice of yoga, meditation and breathwork, and has been able to experience the powerful benefits these tools have on quietening the mind and calming the body - which has also fuelled her passion in helping others find quietness within.
